Yes, SMART Pedicure is safe when it is performed by a trained technician using proper technique, sterilized metal tools, and single-use abrasive materials. The service is designed to be controlled, hygienic, and precise. In cases of severe inflammation, infection, or a deeply ingrown toenail, a medical specialist may be more appropriate first.

Yes, in most cases you can book pedicure and manicure together. We recommend mentioning both services when booking so enough time can be reserved for your appointment and we can plan the service in the most comfortable way.

Heel cleaning is already included in the SMART Pedicure, even if the service does not include nail polish application. Clients can also book heel cleaning as a separate service without booking a pedicure. Both options are available at our salon.

A properly performed SMART Pedicure should not be painful. You may feel mild sensitivity in areas with cracked heels, overworked skin, or an ingrown toenail, but the service should still feel careful and controlled. You may also notice a ticklish sensation during heel cleaning. The goal is effective treatment without aggressive trauma to the skin.

The timing depends on the finish you choose and the condition of the feet. Gel polish appointments take up to 90 minutes, regular polish up to 75 minutes, and ECO (no polish) or men’s pedicure appointments up to 60 minutes. Extra time may be needed for pronounced calluses, cracked heels, ingrown nail work, or toenail repair.

Yes. Our metal instruments go through full disinfection, cleaning, drying, sealed packaging, and autoclave sterilization after each use. Disposable abrasive files and caps are single-use only.

Removal of gel polish applied at another salon is charged separately, depending on the condition of the coating and the time required for safe removal. Removal is not charged for regular nail polish, even if it was applied at another salon. If you already have coating on the nails, mention it when booking so enough time can be reserved for your appointment and the service can be performed carefully and without rush.

Yes, SMART Pedicure can be suitable for thin toenails when the right technique and products are chosen. In many cases, thin toenails benefit from a gentle approach and do not need heavy coating. When extra support is needed, the technician can recommend a more suitable strengthening option.

Toenail extension or reconstruction is usually chosen when a toenail is damaged, broken, uneven, or missing part of its shape and you want a more balanced appearance. If your toenails are healthy and you mainly want clean cuticles, smooth heels, and a polished finish, a regular SMART Pedicure with or without gel polish is usually enough. The best option depends on the condition of the natural nail.
