Medical-grade sterilization
Every metal tool we use goes through the exact same multi-stage decontamination you find in medical clinics. We never rely on quick surface wipes or sprays. Between appointments, reusable instruments soak in a certified disinfectant, get scrubbed in an ultrasonic bath, dry completely, seal into medical kraft pouches, and undergo steam sterilization in a Class B autoclave at 134°C (273°F). Your specialist always breaks the sterile seal right in front of you at the manicure table.
You should never have to guess if a tool is clean. We log every cycle, and we open your sealed pouch directly in front of you.
Disinfection
Immediately after a service, all metal implements go into a certified disinfectant bath. Our team follows a strict duty schedule to replace this fluid regularly so the chemistry never loses strength. The solution neutralizes surface pathogens on contact and breaks down salon residue before tools head to mechanical cleaning.
Ultrasonic Cleaning
Manual washing often misses tight hinges and fine diamond e-file flutes. We submerge the tools in an ultrasonic bath, where high-frequency sound waves shake loose microscopic skin particles and dust from every joint.
Sealed Packaging
Moisture ruins the autoclave cycle, so instruments are dried completely first. Each set is then sealed into a medical-grade kraft pouch fitted with an external chemical indicator. This strip reacts to temperature and pressure, giving visible proof that the sterilization cycle ran its full course.
Autoclave Sterilization
This is the most reliable sterilization method known to medicine. We process sealed pouches in a Class B medical autoclave across two distinct stages. First, saturated steam penetrates the packages under high pressure at 134°C (273°F), eliminating bacterial spores, viruses, fungi, and resilient microbes. Second, the machine runs a dedicated drying stage at the exact same temperature without steam, so tools emerge moisture-free and safe from internal corrosion.
Protected Storage
Once sterilized, pouches stay sealed inside dedicated UV storage cabinets away from open air and room dust. Every batch gets recorded daily in our physical sterilization logbook with cycle time and indicator markers. Nobody touches your instruments until your appointment begins, when your technician brings the pouch to your desk and breaks the seal right before your eyes.
Single-Use Items
Porous supplies cannot withstand an autoclave, which means they must never be used twice. Nail files, buffing blocks, orange wood sticks, lint-free wipes, and technician gloves are unpacked fresh for your service and go straight into the trash when we finish.
