Service Guarantee
We stand behind our manicure and pedicure work with a complimentary 4-day technical repair window at our NoMad studio. If a coating lifts or chips due to an application issue, we fix the specific nail free of charge. This policy details qualifying defects, timeline requirements, and standard repair rates for everyday wear.
Technical defects only
We cover application flaws such as early edge lifting, topcoat separation, base coat bubbling, and premature chipping that happen without blunt trauma.
What counts as a repair
A repair appointment focuses strictly on mending the single chipped nail or isolated trouble spot. It is never an appointment for an entirely new manicure or fresh set.
- Repairing lifted edges, cracks, or split product on the problem nail
- Restoring the shape of the affected nail plate
- Matching the existing color shade to blend with the rest of your set
- Sealing the repaired nail with fresh topcoat
The guarantee excludes complete cuticle cleanups, filing undamaged nails across both hands, switching polish shades, or replacing custom hand-painted nail art.
How to qualify
- Reach out to our front desk before the 4-day window closes
- Text or email sharp, well-lit photos showing the damaged nail
- Keep the damaged coating intact without picking or clipping it at home
- Book and complete your touch-up slot based on technician table availability
Every repair visit requires an advance reservation and depends on studio chair openings.
What is not covered
- Everyday wear, dulling gloss, or minor scratches from household tasks
- Damage from direct blunt impact, hot water soaking, cleaning solvents, or gardening
- Visible growth gaps appearing naturally as nails grow out
- Chips resulting from DIY peeling, home filing, or repairs done at another salon

- Fix 1 nail: $15
- Extension 1 nail: $20
When complimentary repair may be refused
- Obvious physical impact, sports trauma, or rough mechanical stress
- Ignoring recommended aftercare instructions during the initial days
- Peeling off layers, chewing the coating, or aggressive home clipping
- Third-party touch-ups or modifications performed at outside salons
When an issue falls outside these terms or occurs past the fourth day, we gladly fix the nail using standard pricing from our Extras menu.
What counts as a technical defect?
- Gel lifting away from the sidewall within four days of application
- Topcoat peeling cleanly off the color coat
- Coating flaking along the free edge without nail plate breakage
- Curing imperfections originating from lamp exposure rather than daily home wear
