Yes, each package has its own validity period depending on the treatment itself and the number of sessions included. For example, a 6-session laser hair removal package is valid for 6 months, while a 10-session body massage package is valid for 2 months.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. A purchased package that has been partially used is non-transferable and non-refundable. As an alternative, the salon may consider replacing the remaining sessions with other treatments at their standard price.
