Clients can book their visit to our salon in several ways:
In rare cases, we may also accept walk-in clients, provided that a specialist has availability at that time.
To secure an appointment, a $50 deposit is required for each service booked. Appointments without a deposit are not considered confirmed and will be automatically removed from the booking system.
Please note that a wait of up to 10 minutes may occur after your scheduled appointment time. For the client's convenience, the salon offers Wi-Fi, a restroom, water, coffee, and tea. Clients may also request a phone charger from the front desk.
We understand that plans can change. Appointments may be rescheduled free of charge if we receive at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled time. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, the initial deposit will be retained by the salon.
If a client cancels or reschedules an appointment less than 24 hours before the visit, the salon reserves the right to charge the full cost of the booked service. Any outstanding balance for the missed appointment must be paid in full before a new appointment can be scheduled.
If a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment and refuses to notify the business of a rescheduling or cancellation, they will be required to pay the full cost of the missed service. Once the payment for the missed service has been received, the client will then be allowed to schedule their next appointment.
If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the salon will not be able to extend the scheduled time. The duration of the booked service will be reduced by the amount of time that has passed since the original start. In this case, the salon won't be able to provide a full service for the client.
If the client is more than 25 minutes late, the salon reserves the right to refuse service without refunding the deposit. In this case, the client's appointment is marked as a no-show, and the salon will request payment for the full cost of the missed service.
Our salon provides a guarantee that is valid for 4 days from the moment the service is provided. Please note that the guarantee only applies to the following services: manicures, pedicures, and eyebrow/eyelash treatments.
If a client misses a session from the prepaid service package, it implies automatic deduction of the session from the package. Please do not miss paid sessions from the package!
Please note that by purchasing a package, you agree that the package cost is non-refundable. The package is personal and cannot be gifted or resold to another person.
The safety of our clients and team is our priority. We kindly ask that you inform us in advance of any allergies, skin conditions, medications, or recent procedures prior to your appointment. Certain services (particularly laser treatments and chemical peels) may require a consultation or a patch test before a full appointment can be booked.
For most procedures performed at the salon, we also ask clients to complete and sign a consent form prior to the service. This is necessary to help ensure your safety and to allow us to take into account any individual circumstances or possible contraindications.
We reserve the right to refuse or modify a service if we believe it may pose a risk to your health or wellbeing. If you are feeling unwell on the day of your appointment, we kindly ask that you reschedule. In such cases, the usual late cancellation fee will be waived.
The salon also reserves the right to request identification to verify a client's age and, in the case of services provided to clients under the age of 18, to require written consent from a parent or legal guardian. In certain cases, we may refuse to provide services to clients who are under 18 years of age.
