Darlings Beauty Lab was born from a simple belief: that exceptional beauty care should feel personal, unhurried, and genuinely transformative. We opened our doors in Midtown Manhattan with a small team of specialists and a clear vision — to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and cared for at every visit.

Located on the third floor of 42 West 28th Street, our studio is designed as a sanctuary away from the noise of the city. Natural light, warm textures, and an intimate atmosphere set the tone from the moment you walk in. Nothing here is accidental — every element was chosen to make you feel at ease.

We specialise in Russian manicure and pedicure, advanced facial treatments using the Biologique Recherche protocol, laser hair removal with the Candela GentleMax Pro platform, and a full menu of massage and body treatments. Our approach is always bespoke — built around your skin, your lifestyle, and your pace.

Over the years we have grown into a close-knit team that genuinely loves the work. We invest in ongoing training, travel to learn new techniques, and hold ourselves to standards that go well beyond the industry norm. That commitment shows in the results — and in the clients who keep coming back.

Our Policy

Booking, rescheduling & cancellations

We ask all clients to read these guidelines before booking. They help us protect your time — and the time of our specialists.

Appointments can be booked online through our booking platform at vagaro.com/darlingsbeautylab, by calling us at (646) 612-8501, or by sending a message via Instagram @darlings_nyc. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially for longer treatments such as full-body laser sessions or combination facials.

First-time clients are welcome to reach out directly — we are happy to recommend the right treatment for your needs and answer any questions before your visit.

We understand that plans change. You are welcome to reschedule your appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a rebooking fee of 20% of the treatment price.

To reschedule, please contact us by phone or through our booking platform. We will do our best to find you a convenient alternative time slot.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment are fully refunded or carry no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. No-shows — where a client does not arrive and does not contact us — will be charged the full treatment price.

We reserve the right to require a credit card on file for future bookings from clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, kindly let us know as soon as possible. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened to avoid delays for other clients, with the full price still applying.

If you are more than 20 minutes late without prior notice, we reserve the right to treat this as a no-show and apply the corresponding charge.

The safety of our clients and team is a priority. We ask that you inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, medications, or recent procedures before your treatment. Some services — particularly laser treatments and chemical peels — may require a consultation or a patch test prior to a full appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse or modify a service if we believe it may pose a risk to your health or wellbeing. If you are feeling unwell on the day of your appointment, please reschedule — we will waive the usual fee in such cases.

Anna founded Darlings in 2020 after a decade working in top salons across Moscow and New York. Her signature is the Russian manicure — precise, long-lasting, and tailored to each client's nail shape. She leads the nail team and personally trains every new specialist who joins.

Senior Esthetician

Maria

Maria brings over eight years of experience in advanced skincare. Certified in the Biologique Recherche protocol and trained in microneedling and chemical peels, she approaches every facial as a diagnostic session — listening to the skin before deciding on a course of treatment.

Laser Specialist

Elena

Elena is our lead laser specialist, certified on the Candela GentleMax Pro platform. She has performed thousands of laser hair removal sessions across all skin types and takes a meticulous, safety-first approach to every treatment. Clients appreciate her calm manner and thorough consultations.

Massage Therapist

Sofia

Sofia trained in Sweden and has spent six years refining her technique across deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, and relaxation massage. She tailors every session to the client's needs that day — whether recovery, stress relief, or simply an hour of quiet. Her regulars book weeks in advance.

Natasha

Natasha specialises in nail art and hard gel extensions. Her designs range from refined minimalism to intricate seasonal work, and she has a particular talent for recreating references clients bring in while adding her own sense of proportion and finish. Detail is everything to her.
